The landslide victory of the BJP in the Lok Sabha Elections has compelled political forces to align and re-align in ways the country could never imagine. Bihar’s opposition party RJD on Thursday announced unconditional support to the new JD(U) government in Bihar headed by CM, Jitan Ram Manjhi.

 

The announcement was made by RJD legislature party leader Abdul Bari Siddiqui and has come as a boost for the new ministry ahead of the trust vote on Friday. Later RJD chief too confirmed support to the erstwhile rivals.

आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता योगेंद्र यादव ने कहा है कि अगर मुकेश अंबानी की ओर से उनकी पार्टी को चंदा मिले तो इसे लेने में पार्टी को कोई दिक्‍कत नहीं होगी। उन्‍होंने कहा है कि मुकेश अंबानी के चंदे पर भी सामान्‍य प्रक्रिया लागू होगी। अगर दस लाख रुपए से कम चंदा हुआ तो इसे मुंबई के लोग (पार्टी के) सीधे स्‍वीकार कर सकते हैं और अगर रकम ज्‍यादा हुई तो पार्टी की पीएसी इस पर फैसला लेगी। 

 

दिलीप पांडे, प्रवक्‍ता, आप ने कहा, 'हमें ऑनलाइन कोई भी व्‍यक्ति चंदा देता है तो हम उसे ट्रैक नहीं कर सकते। चाहे वह मुकेश अंबानी ही क्‍यों न हों। सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह है कि 'क्‍लीन मनी' हो।

Death Penalty In India Inching Closer Towards Abolition?

राजीव गांधी के तीन हत्यारों की फांसी की सज़ा को उम्रकैद में तब्दील किए जाने के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले से देश में फांसी की सज़ा को लेकर बहस तेज होने के आसार हैं। फैसला आने के बाद पूर्व आईपीएस किरण बेदी ने कहा भी कि जिन लोगों ने इतनी लंबी सजा झेल ली है, उन्‍हें फांसी दिया जाना अमानवीय है। उनका कहना है कि सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र में मौत की सजा पर हमेशा सवाल उठते रहे हैं। फांसी की सज़ा को लेकर बहस को पंजाब पुलिस के पूर्व डीजी केपीएस गिल ने आगे बढ़ाया है। गिल ने 1993 में हुए बम विस्फोट के दोषी देविंदर पाल सिंह भुल्लर की फांसी की सज़ा पर टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा, 'भुल्लर की पत्नी का अपने पति की मानसिक सेहत ठीक न होने को बुनियाद बनाकर फांसी की सज़ा को उम्र कैद की सज़ा में तब्दील करने की मांग कर रही हैं। क्या सभी आतंकवादियों को मानसिक समस्या नहीं होती है?'  वर्ष 2001-11 के बीच 10 सालों में भारतीय अदालतों में 1,455 लोगों को मौत की सज़ा सुनाई गई। औसतन हर वर्ष 132.27 लोगों को यह सज़ा मिली। लेकिन इनमें से ज्यादातर सजाएं बाद में चलकर उम्रकैद में तब्दील कर दी गईं। इन 10 वर्षों में आतंकवाद से जुड़े मामलों को छोड़ दिया जाए तो सिर्फ धनंजय चटर्जी को फांसी की सज़ा दी गई। धनंजय को अगस्त, 2004 में 14 साल की लड़की के साथ बलात्कार करने के मामले में दोषी पाए जाने पर फांसी दी गई थी।

KG Basin Scam: Mukesh Ambani Name Not Mentioned In FIR On Gas Prices

कृष्णा गोदावरी (केजी) बेसिन घोटाले मामले में दिल्‍ली मुख्‍यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की शिकायत पर दिल्‍ली की एंटी करप्‍शन ब्रांच ने आज एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, बताया जा रहा है एफआईआर में रिलायंस इंटस्‍ट्रीज के मालिक मुकेश अंबानी का नाम नहीं है। एफआईआर में पेट्रोलियम मंत्री वीरप्‍पा मोइली का नाम भी शामिल नहीं है। आपको बता दें कि एफआईआर किसी भी मामले में प्राथमिक कार्रवाई होती है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, यह एफआईआर आईपीसी की धारा 420 (धोखाधड़ी) व 120 बी और भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक कानून की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत दर्ज की गई है। मुख्‍यमंत्री केजरीवाल का नाम एफआईआर में शिकायतकर्ता के रूप में हैं।
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने मंगलवार को रिलाइंस इंडस्ट्रीज के चेयरमैन मुकेश अंबानी, केंद्रीय पेट्रोलियम मंत्री वीरप्पा मोइली, पूर्व पेट्रोलियम मंत्री मुरली देवड़ा और हाइड्रोकार्बन के पूर्व महानिदेशक वीके सिब्बल पर भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक कानून की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज करने के आदेश दिए थे। केजरीवाल का कहना था कि सरकार को रिलायंस के खिलाफ गैस की झूठी कमी पैदा करने और केंद्र के साथ मिलीभगत करके गैस की कीमत बढ़ाने के घपले की शिकायत मिली थी।
